  Material Inspection

  Basic and microbiological tests are conducted on incoming raw materials, while components undergo checks for fastening condition, appearance, and usability.

  Step 3

  ormulation Sample & Consultation

  Using equipment suited to each formulation type, cosmetic contents are produced through processes such as melting, cooling, and filtration.

  Step 4

  Sub-materials Order & Inbound

  To ensure product quality, sensory tests are performed, and a strict quality control system is applied across all stages—from raw and packaging material management to production and shipment.

  Step 5

  Bulk Production & QC

  Before filling and packaging, on-site inspections are conducted. Lot numbers and storage details are verified, and packaging samples are cross-checked for accuracy.

  Step 6

  Final Packaging & Delivery

  Only products that pass three stages of quality inspection—from raw and packaging material receipt to final production—are shipped. We ensure prompt and accurate delivery to the requested date and location.
